Tough and Tender

Tough and tender might seem to work against each other, but not where Jessica is concerned. I had a complicated divorce from the marriage relationship side; neither wanted it, but both knew it had to be done. Jessica had the competence to navigate through the tough conversations with both me and my ex's legal team, while keeping her compassion and a cool head. In the end, the outcome was as perfectly resolved as it could be, in large part because of Jessica's intuitive communication as much as her legal skill.
Jessica is a South Carolina native who has practiced law in the Charleston, SC are since her admission to the bar.

Jessica has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master's in Human Resource Development, both from Clemson University. After working in the field of Human Resources and dealing with employment law related issues, she decided to return to school to pursue her law degree and chose the local Charleston School of Law.

Since her admission tot he bar, Jessica has practiced and a Family Court Litigator, but now also offers mediation and arbitration services.
